Description of Services: Support for people living with pre-diabetes or diabetes * Support for pregnancy with type 1 or type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes * one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, healthy eating, how to administer insulin and use insulin pumps * registered nurse, registered dietitian, Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) on staff

Education and awareness seminars and workshops are offered to the general public in the community
